Demon Dolls
This project was based in the mind of my alter ego, a shapeshifting being from another dimension. They were auctioned off to donate to planned parenthood and depict the ways that society does not pay attention to the tragedy happening around us every day but attempt to piece together this perfect identity as a facade for happiness and wealth.
Can't You See
A project designed to use the data collected by another art student and transform it into our own. I decided to link different emotions to different albums and explore the connection between music and self.
T R E A S U R E
Installation art exploring the ways that the audience interacts with art in a public place. When the audience went as far as to interact with, and even break the art (pop a balloon), they were rewarded with a little treasure inside.
stamp
Performance art meant to materialize the interactions between humans. The audience was asked to put paint on their hands and then use the wood and their hands to make sounds. The paint left marks on the wood where each person had touched it and in the end we were left with something completely different than what we started with.
